Responsibilities
- Lead functional, regression, and quality engineering testing for ServiceNow IRM, compliance tools, risk events, and risk profile reporting.
- Provide consultation, mentoring, and guidance for the design, development, and execution of GRC testing.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and process leads to convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases.
- Define and manage end-to-end test scenarios covering business scenarios across GRC program towers.
- Design and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test data sets for 1LOD, 2LOD, and 3LOD.
- Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes and identify required test coverage.
- Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
- Recommend improvements to testing strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration.
- Support automated CI/CT/CD pipeline implementation and manage the GRC program team.
Requirements
- Four or more years of hands-on GRC experience covering risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
- Four to six years of total experience, including at least four years in the ServiceNow domain, especially ServiceNow IRM.
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role managing a GRC program team.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow IRM QA, functional testing, Integrated Risk Management, and the software testing lifecycle.
- Experience with at least one testing tool, such as ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing tools, or Bugzilla.
- Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration qualification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC certification is preferred.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ATF test integration is preferred.
- Selenium with Java and Playwright experience is preferred.
- Experience with large global financial institutions and strong documentation, communication, and defect-tracking skills are preferred.
