Responsibilities
- Define and continuously evolve the end-to-end solution architecture for the ServiceNow digital shop platform.
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and supportable technical designs.
- Define application boundaries, system responsibilities, integration patterns, APIs, data models, and cross-platform processes.
- Determine the appropriate use of ServiceNow configuration, customization, low-code capabilities, and custom development.
- Establish architectural principles, standards, guardrails, and alignment with enterprise architecture requirements.
- Guide development teams, review critical technical designs and code, and provide hands-on prototyping and technical validation.
- Lead or support technical proofs of concept and resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure architecture coherence across ServiceNow, customer and product domains, enterprise integrations, data synchronization, and orchestration.
- Document architectural decisions and represent solutions in architecture review and governance forums.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and architecture communication.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture and ServiceNow architecture.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform design, including CSM, ITSM, CSDM, scoped applications, Service Portal, UI Builder, Now Experience, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with API and integration architecture, enterprise integration patterns, SAP integrations, payment services, external partner systems, and cross-platform process flows.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, customer identity and authorization, customer master data, product catalogs, order management, and self-service capabilities.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance architecture, scalability, maintainability, operational excellence, and architecture governance.
- Experience with technical leadership, mentoring, proof-of-concept development, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and architecture communication.
- Ability to support Agile and Scrum delivery and manage stakeholders across business, product, development, and enterprise architecture teams.
