Base Salary
$92k - $101k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in small teams with Pariveda employees and clients to solve real business challenges.
- Estimate work, gather requirements, develop and test software, manage projects, architect solutions, and deliver outcomes.
- Work with cloud platforms, data engineering, DevOps, web technologies, and AI and generative AI solutions.
- Use AI tools strategically to enhance client solutions, streamline development, uncover insights, and accelerate delivery.
- Communicate the value, limitations, and ethical use of AI to clients and stakeholders.
- Create and present findings, solutions, and demonstrations to senior executives and other stakeholders.
- Participate in a hybrid work model and the company’s culture of continuous learning, community service, and professional development.
Requirements
- At least six months of full-time software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Proven ability to solve problems and create innovative solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability across changing clients, teams, and technologies.
- Strong professional communication skills with the ability to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
