Responsibilities
- Build working prototypes, proofs of concept, demos, and sample applications in customer non-production sandbox environments.
- Pair-program and embed with customer engineering teams during time-boxed sprints to accelerate AI adoption and cloud-native development.
- Develop solutions spanning generative AI architectures, agentic systems, operations support system modernization, network cloudification, and contact centre AI.
- Design and deploy infrastructure using AWS CDK, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Own end-to-end technical relationships with Tier-1 European telecommunications operators and advise technical decision-makers.
- Lead architecture design for multi-agent orchestration, foundation model integration, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Drive AI-assisted software development lifecycle strategy and accelerate deal cycles by removing technical blockers.
- Identify new opportunities, increase service adoption through demonstrations, and share reusable accelerators and reference architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent, or experience in a professional field or military.
- Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
- Experience in a relevant technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders or clients.
- Preferred experience with SAP systems and architecture, including SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, or SAP Business Objects.
- Preferred experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and working with end-user or developer communities.
