Base Salary
$193k - $309k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines.
- Build and prototype new internal products leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Design and implement ML models for real-time sales recommendations.
- Develop backend integration between custom quoting software and Salesforce.
- Solve complex synchronization and architectural challenges across the GTM stack.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and mentorship.
- Deliver significant core capabilities that impact the organization.
- Anticipate product needs and build flexible backend systems.
- Ensure reliability of GTM tools with deep observability.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in backend languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Hands-on experience deploying Machine Learning models in production.
- Experience with complex enterprise software, particularly custom quoting engines.
- Ability to design event-driven architectures and manage data flow.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
