Sr Software Engineer

- Develop, improve, and deliver product and system elements and features.
- Break down business and functional requirements into clear, estimable objectives and provide recommendations.
- Write end-to-end automated tests for business-critical components.
- Ensure assigned development work meets quality, performance, specification, and architectural standards.
- Support coding standards and provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
- Participate in rotational on-call duties outside standard business hours when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 2 years, a Ph.D. and 1 year, or 12 years of related experience without a degree.
- Skills in analytical thinking, requirements analysis, software installation and support, system and technology integration, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to build partnerships, drive innovation, execute effectively, and pursue continuous improvement.
- Candidates must be local to Atlanta, Georgia, or willing to relocate there.
- Candidates must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
