Responsibilities
- Own, document, and continuously evolve the overall product architecture for the OMS Link Enablement Platform.
- Define, document, and continuously improve product processes.
- Translate business strategy and product vision into architecture and product roadmaps.
- Design seamless workflows, automation, data models, and integration patterns that improve lead times and data quality.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, developers, operations, security teams, and customers.
- Define non-functional requirements for scalability, availability, security, performance, and resilience.
- Evaluate technologies and build-versus-buy options while managing technical debt and balancing speed, quality, cost, and risk.
- Create architecture diagrams, decision records, technical specifications, and roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in ECE, IT, Computer Science, or MCA from a recognized and accredited institution.
- 12+ years of professional experience with strong experience in architecture and enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on experience with VB.NET and Connectivity Suite, including application development and delivery management.
- Product-oriented skills and the ability to translate customer and business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, user journeys, business constraints, application needs, data architecture, security, performance, and reliability.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containers, networking, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, distributed systems, testing, threat modeling, identity and access management, encryption, privacy, compliance, observability, monitoring, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, operations, security teams, and customers.
