Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables.
- Design, identify, and implement reusable technical assets and components.
- Identify root causes and provide and implement technical solutions.
- Review and improve processes while following the development life cycle.
- Deliver proofs of concept and mentor team members.
- Develop Oracle Fusion HCM RICE components, reports, HCM Extracts, HDL files, Fast Formulas, extensions, integrations, and data migrations.
- Collect requirements and prepare high-level, low-level, functional specification, and deployment documents.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of technical experience, including at least 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience.
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Fusion, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, data migration, and integration experience.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with third-party applications using web services and REST services.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Extensions and knowledge of the Oracle Core HR module.
- Experience configuring Oracle templates in BI Publisher and developing OTBI reports and analytics.
- Ability to discuss technical and functional issues and solutions with executives, support personnel, and customers in highly escalated situations.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum and waterfall methodologies and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CMMI environment experience, Oracle Integration Cloud awareness, other integration tools, multi-domain expertise, and an Oracle certification are advantageous.
