Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables.
- Create technical designs and identify and implement reusable assets and components.
- Identify root causes and provide and implement technical solutions.
- Build Oracle Fusion HCM RICE components, reports, HCM Extracts, HDL files, Fast Formulas, extensions, and integrations.
- Perform data migration and integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with third-party applications using web services and REST services.
- Collect requirements and prepare high-level designs, low-level designs, functional specifications, and deployment documents.
- Deliver proofs of concept, mentor team members, implement best practices, and follow development lifecycle processes.
- Contribute to process reviews and improvements and communicate technical and functional issues and solutions to clients, support personnel, and executives.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of technical experience, including at least 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills and experience developing RICE components in the Oracle Fusion environment.
- Proficiency with BI Publisher, OTBI reports and analytics, HCM Extracts, HDL files, and Fast Formulas.
- Experience with Oracle Core HR, data migration, HCM extensions, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Experience using web services and REST services for integrations.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and configuring Oracle templates in BI Publisher.
- Ability to gather requirements and create high-level design, low-level design, and deployment documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including handling highly escalated technical and functional discussions.
- Knowledge of integration tools and Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred.
- Experience in a CMMI environment, Oracle certification, and knowledge of Agile Scrum and waterfall methodologies are advantageous.
