Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables.
  • Create technical designs and identify and implement reusable assets and components.
  • Identify root causes and provide technical solutions and implementations.
  • Develop Oracle Fusion HCM RICE components, reports, HCM Extracts, HDL files, Fast Formulas, integrations, data migrations, and HCM extensions.
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with third-party applications using web services and REST services.
  • Prepare functional specifications, high-level and low-level design documents, and deployment documents.
  • Deliver proofs of concept, mentor team members, follow development life cycle processes, and implement best practices.
  • Contribute to process reviews and improvements and communicate technical and functional issues and solutions in escalated situations.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of technical experience, including at least 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills and experience developing RICE components in the Oracle Fusion environment.
  • Proficiency with BI Publisher, OTBI reports and analytics, HCM Extracts, HDL files, and Fast Formulas.
  • Experience with Oracle Core HR, data migration, third-party integrations, HCM extensions, and web services or REST services.
  • Experience preparing functional specifications, configuring Oracle templates in BI Publisher, and building HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader files.
  • Awareness of Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred; experience with other integration tools and multi-domain expertise is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum and waterfall methodologies and experience in a CMMI environment are advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to discuss technical and functional issues with executives, support personnel, and customers.
  • Any Oracle certification is an added advantage.
