Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of CX automation and AI initiatives from scoping to production.
- Build and maintain AI agents and automated workflows to enhance specialist effectiveness.
- Design AI capabilities with a focus on responsible deployment and human oversight.
- Own the technical delivery of CX tooling and integrations across the technology stack.
- Manage complex, multi-phase project deliveries and document all processes.
- Use operational data to inform priorities and validate the impact of automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow pain points and validate solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and communicate with non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience in building automation and integration systems in a CX or operations context.
- Technical confidence to build, read, and debug code, and work with APIs and integration standards.
- Experience with low-code and no-code workflow platforms for designing cross-system automations.
- Ability to evaluate when automation is appropriate and when it is not.
- Experience deploying AI agents in production environments with a focus on auditability.
- Fluent in English, with experience in remote-first environments preferred.
