Responsibilities
- Act as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.
- Design fit-for-purpose solutions and create efficient adoption roadmaps.
- Maintain and develop knowledge of Internet performance and security technologies.
- Identify customer challenges and provide scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
- Demonstrate empathy with customers and identify their pain points.
- Understand how the Internet works, including TCP/UDP and DNS.
- Knowledge of competitive landscape in DDoS, CDN, and security services.
- Willingness to travel 10-15 days per quarter.
