Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA SD and Order-to-Cash processes across sales, shipping, billing, pricing, and output management.
- Drive requirements workshops, solution design, testing coordination, cutover planning, release management, and stakeholder communication.
- Design, configure, and support intercompany processes, Condition Contract Management, settlements, and accruals.
- Gather business requirements, create functional specifications, and collaborate with development teams on enhancements and integrations.
- Execute and support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with MM, FI, International Trade, integration, business, IT, and leadership teams.
- Support Business Partner, aATP, Fiori, and e-invoicing capabilities including EDICOM.
- Mentor junior consultants and support global rollout and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, and billing in SAP environments.
- Experience customizing SAP SD modules for business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex sales and distribution process issues.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD, Materials Management, and Finance.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
