Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce Core functionalities.
- Translate high-level business needs into scalable and reliable technical architectures.
- Collaborate closely with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and defining scopes of work.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Design integrated solutions connecting Salesforce to broader client technical ecosystems.
Requirements
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
- Availability to work in the EST time zone as needed.
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Proven technical experience with Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong familiarity with integration architectures, relational data structures, and standard APIs (SOAP/REST).
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to articulate technical approaches and present solutions.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
