Responsibilities

  • Design and develop product features primarily using Java.
  • Fix product bugs and deployment issues.
  • Deploy and upgrade the product in customer Azure environments.
  • Update product and deployment monitoring and alerting capabilities.
  • Automate repeatable operational tasks and assist with deployment investigations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot a real-time, scalable, geo-distributed product with high availability and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate daily with Developers, DevOps Engineers, Support, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Engage with end users as needed to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of software development experience.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming such as Java, C#, or C++.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agile development environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on SaaS delivery, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience is highly preferred.
  • Unix shell scripting, Ruby, Python, Perl, Unix administration, Prometheus or similar monitoring tools, and React or JavaScript experience are highly preferred.
  • Ability to understand core AI concepts, craft effective prompts, explore agentic AI systems, and use AI tools productively is welcomed.
