Responsibilities
- Own and evolve backend services using C# and .NET Core.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, including potential time-series data with TimescaleDB.
- Build and maintain decoupled asynchronous systems using message brokers, queues, topics, and pub/sub.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, branch management, task planning, and agile delivery activities.
- Use Git and GitHub or Bitbucket for version control.
- Collaborate with the team, solve complex technical challenges, and support team growth.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in C# and .NET Core, including experience with .NET 6/8+.
- Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid PostgreSQL knowledge covering relational design and performance.
- Advanced Git skills, including GitFlow, rebasing, and conflict resolution.
- Previous experience working in agile teams and using Jira.
- Fluent Spanish; English is highly valued for technical documentation and collaboration.
- Recommended qualifications include familiarity with GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus, and observability tools such as Application Insights or ELK.
