Base Salary
$160k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain static analysis, quality gates, coverage reporting, test frameworks, and regression infrastructure.
- Integrate quality tooling into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and derive quality signals including flakiness, pass rate, coverage, performance, and scale readiness.
- Improve local development, debugging, CI/CD, and rollout workflows through tooling and automation.
- Partner with engineering, product, and QA teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver measurable workflow improvements.
- Explore AI-agent and AI-tool automation for building quality checks and measure its engineering impact.
Requirements
- Experience building software quality infrastructure, test automation, build systems, CI/CD infrastructure, or developer productivity tooling.
- Strong debugging experience and a record of shipping changes that measurably improve engineering workflows.
- Clear communication and effective cross-functional partnership with engineers, product managers, and QA teams.
- Ability to solve ambiguous, cross-team problems with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor across design, code generation, testing, monitoring, and release activities.
