Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions directly with enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain integrations across APIs, SAP, and other business systems.
- Own customer-driven product features from requirements through production deployment.
- Debug and resolve complex issues in live production environments.
- Build MVPs and evolve them into reusable, scalable platform capabilities.
- Automate deployment and implementation workflows with Product and Engineering teams.
- Translate recurring customer needs into product features for the broader platform.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise API and system integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to debug and resolve complex production issues.
- Experience designing scalable solutions for distributed systems.
- Track record of owning features from requirements through implementation and production.
- Experience automating deployment or implementation workflows using scripting or infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and translating their challenges into product improvements.
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for applying it to enterprise operations.
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise business systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with procurement software or procurement-domain workflows is preferred.
