Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain simple, clear, well-structured, and well-tested software.
- Break down and solve complex problems requiring research or collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop innovative AI solutions.
- Apply multiple levels of automated testing, including unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing.
- Mentor new and less-experienced team members.
- Initiate design and feature discussions and advocate for improvements in performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Coordinate software application integration across teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
- Understand and address customer needs and issues.
- Communicate effectively and document work clearly.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong familiarity with investment management industry concepts.
- Experience writing multi-asset portfolio management and trading software.
- Deep knowledge of software methodologies, tools, and common architectural patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and commit to continuous learning.
- Client-focused approach and attention to detail.
