Responsibilities
- Define and evolve mobile architecture for native apps.
- Own and maintain shared libraries and frameworks.
- Drive mobile application security and performance metrics.
- Improve mobile CI/CD pipelines and developer experience.
- Manage the mobile release process and operational health.
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives and align stakeholders.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in native mobile application development.
- Deep expertise in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack).
- Proven track record in leading cross-team technical initiatives.
- Strong focus on code quality, testability, and maintainability.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and build optimization.
- Ability to influence technical direction without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
