Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve complex business and technical challenges.

Requirements
- 8-10 years of software engineering experience or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
- Expertise in backend systems design and architectural best practices.
- Professional experience with Ruby on Rails is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Postgres is highly recommended.
- Experience with AWS environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
- Previous experience in the financial industry or fintech is a plus.
- Strong judgment in selecting methods for solving engineering problems.
