Base Salary
$54k - $122k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Delphi.
- Develop and optimize database solutions using Firebird Database.
- Analyze application architecture and recommend scalability, performance, and maintainability improvements.
- Troubleshoot applications, debug issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain stored procedures, triggers, views, and database schemas.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements.
Requirements
- Require 10–12+ years of professional software development experience.
- Require at least 8+ years of hands-on Delphi or Object Pascal development experience.
- Require strong experience with Delphi VCL and/or FMX frameworks.
- Require extensive experience with Firebird Database.
- Require strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and query optimization.
- Require experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.
