Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
- Deliver and maintain inbound and outbound integrations in an enterprise environment supporting more than 300 integrations.
- Manage Workday releases, tenants, test coordination, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution across teams and stakeholders.
- Establish and improve integration monitoring, support, quality assurance, and operational processes.
- Design secure, scalable, and reliable data flows, processes, and system integrations.
- Influence integration strategy, guide release readiness activities, and provide technical leadership.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Development Leads, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience delivering, supporting, and maintaining Workday integrations and platform solutions.
- At least 6 years of experience with Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio.
- Experience with Workday release management, tenant management, test coordination, and production deployments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and reliable integrations and data flows.
- Preferred experience with Kainos Smart Test and Kainos Smart products.
- Preferred experience using Jira and Atlassian tools.
- Preferred experience leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring team members, and providing technical leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
