Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and support HRSD, CSM, and Employee Workflows solutions.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
Requirements
- Require 6–10 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
- Require hands-on experience with HRSD, CSM, and Employee Workflows.
- Require knowledge of ServiceNow scripting with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP integrations, catalog items, and workflows.
- Prefer experience with Service Portal and UI Builder.
- Require strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Require a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ServiceNow certifications are advantageous; listed certifications include ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM.
- Exposure to HCLS and ITAM is optional, and ITAM implementation certification or HCLS Suite experience is optional.
