Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to build and evolve the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Build and enhance scalable, user-centric solutions for the AI-driven contract management platform.
- Own multiple functional areas from development through production operation.
- Apply strong engineering practices in an iterative team environment.
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to team success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience with a web development framework, with Python and Flask, Django, or FastAPI preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with relational databases, with PostgreSQL preferred.
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
- Familiarity with modern distributed-system architecture and tradeoffs.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Exposure to Java for backend development and TypeScript for frontend or full-stack development is preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
