Responsibilities

Design and build full-stack features for campaign management, reporting, marketplace optimization, audience tooling, and asset tooling.
Develop responsive web front ends, backend services, APIs, data models, and algorithmic solutions for high-throughput marketplace systems.
Integrate products through well-designed APIs and contribute to a unified product architecture.
Own services in production, including testing, observability, performance optimization, and on-call support.
Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders on scoping, estimation, and technical decisions within an autonomous pod.
Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards through code review, automation, and pragmatic architecture.

8+ years of experience building and shipping production platforms, with substantial backend architecture, system design, and code optimization experience.
Strong algorithmic and data-structures fundamentals, with experience solving complex data-processing or resource-optimization problems.
Demonstrated effectiveness across multiple languages or ecosystems, such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, Scala, or C++.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and backend service design.
Experience with relational and/or distributed data stores such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, testing, and system design.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, ownership-driven environment with limited hand-holding.
Preferred experience with AWS or GCP, containers, and CI/CD; AdTech, dashboards or BI surfaces, high-throughput data products, or integrating ML and data services into product workflows is also valued.

Hybrid work environment; candidates must be local to the posting location.
Work is organized in small, autonomous pods that own outcomes and roadmaps end to end.
