Responsibilities
- Design, assess, deploy, support, and optimize RPA workflows and attended or unattended bots.
- Develop Python automation, API integrations, data-processing workflows, and enterprise application integrations.
- Build AI and generative AI solutions including intelligent document processing, document classification and extraction, RAG, AI agents, knowledge bases, and chatbots.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for system functionality, technical approaches, systems operations issues, and performance initiatives.
- Provide formal or informal training to build team skills.
- Create and maintain knowledge repositories for lessons learned and domain developments.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience developing RPA solutions with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Assistant, REFramework, queues, assets, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, and Integration Service.
- Knowledge of workflow design, exception handling, logging and monitoring, process assessment, bot deployment and support, performance optimization, and API integration.
- Experience with Python 3.x, object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, OpenCV, FastAPI or Flask, Python APIs, and automation scripting.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Services, OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, large language models, RAG, AI agent development, intelligent document processing, NLP, vector databases, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and AI model integration.
- Experience with OCR technologies such as ABBYY, Google OCR, or Azure OCR and with Excel, CSV, PDF, JSON, and XML file processing.
- Knowledge of database connectivity, REST API integration, error handling and logging, Python package management, and PyTest unit testing.
