Responsibilities
- Perform technical analysis and solution design with architects, senior developers, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and technical designs.
- Develop and maintain Python microservices, AngularJS front-end applications, and RESTful APIs.
- Build, deploy, and support cloud-native, containerized, Linux-based microservice solutions.
- Implement solutions through CI/CD pipelines with full deployment support.
- Conduct peer code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing across the software development lifecycle.
- Apply and expand foundational knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs in production solutions.
- Architect scalable and maintainable systems while applying security standards and performance benchmarks.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, Agile delivery, and cross-team collaboration.
- Provide leadership and mentorship and support best practices for financial-grade systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 3+ years focused on AI/ML and production deployments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, NodeJS, FastAPI, relational databases, LangChain, and LangFuse.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with multi-system integration.
- Strong exposure to Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
- Experience with cloud platforms including OpenShift, AWS S3, or Azure.
- Experience with MLOps tooling for monitoring and Linux-based environments.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to architect scalable, maintainable systems.
- Familiarity with Entra, MongoDB, DB2, Redis, model governance, compliance, responsible AI practices, and MCP is considered an asset.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects are considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, communication, learning, self-motivation, and teamwork capabilities.
