Responsibilities

  • Establish, lead, and contribute to AI architecture evolution and governance.
  • Evaluate AI frameworks, platforms, and tools, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, and recommend build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Guide foundation model selection and architect AI applications using LLMs, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
  • Develop roadmaps for generative AI, LLM, and agentic AI initiatives.
  • Lead integration of scalable AI systems, machine learning pipelines, and agentic AI workloads with enterprise applications.
  • Define standards for model performance, traceability, data lineage, privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI.
  • Craft prompts, evaluate outputs, and design automated end-to-end agentic workflows.
  • Test, refine, monitor, and govern AI models and solutions in production.
  • Work with business leaders and stakeholders to define use cases, outcomes, success metrics, and value drivers.
  • Collaborate with ethics and compliance teams on regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Lead technical discussions and mentor development and technical teams on AI architecture best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in software architecture, cloud architecture, data engineering, or AI solutions.
  • 1–2 years of experience designing enterprise AI or machine learning solutions.
  • Experience delivering cloud-native AI solutions.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and AI application deployment using Python or R.
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience with data management systems and MLOps tools such as Kubernetes, Git, and model registries.
  • Vendor certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect or equivalent AWS/GCP architecture credentials are highly valued.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, technical leadership, and ability to promote AI adoption internally.
  • Experience in media, broadcasting, content distribution technology, regulated industries, enterprise architecture frameworks, or compliance is desirable.
  • Executive communication, product management, coaching, problem-solving, and remote-team collaboration skills are desirable.
  • Bilingual English and French capability is a strong asset.
  • Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing and a background check.
