Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain custom software components and applications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM Discovery modules and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving discovery data and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Document development processes and communicate project progress.
- Work independently, contribute solutions to technical problems, and support junior team members through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network protocols relevant to discovery processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot discovery data and integration issues.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of IT operations management and discovery workflow best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
