Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architectures, reusable reference designs, and patterns for agentic and multi-agent workflows.
- Standardize LLM providers, embedding models, vector databases, retrieval strategies, prompt templates, evaluators, and observability components.
- Lead business discovery, solution scoping, proof-of-concept, pilot, and production scale-out phases.
- Own non-functional requirements covering security, privacy, compliance, performance, reliability, and AI workload cost efficiency.
- Design data contracts, chunking and indexing approaches, hybrid search, citations, freshness pipelines, and hallucination-reduction guardrails.
- Define integrations with enterprise systems, event streams, APIs, gateways, cloud services, and release governance processes.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, telemetry, failure-mode mitigation, safety policies, and access and action boundaries.
- Guide developer squads and contribute to internal enablement, playbooks, training tracks, coding standards, and AI hiring interviews.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into business systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly with business and engineering stakeholders.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java; familiarity with C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, and shell scripting is beneficial.
- Experience designing multi-agent systems, production-grade RAG, hybrid search, LLMOps/ModelOps, cloud-native architectures, enterprise integrations, and contract testing is preferred.
