Base Salary
$195k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack feature development and rapidly deliver product innovations.
- Build scalable systems that process terabytes of audio data and derive actionable insights.
- Deploy and evaluate LLM- and DSP-based solutions for customer data understanding.
- Drive research iteration and deploy interfaces for data collection with researchers and Operations.
- Mentor engineers and establish technical standards as the team scales.
- Collaborate with customers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product-focused full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong web development fundamentals and experience building rapid prototypes and scalable user solutions.
- A proven track record of delivering engineering solutions that provide customer value.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with detail-oriented execution.
- A focus on intuitive, highly polished, production-grade user experiences.
- A track record of technical leadership or engineering management.
- Willingness to learn AI/ML and audio technologies; prior experience is not required.
- Preferred: educational or professional experience with digital signal processing and a deep understanding of speech.
- Preferred: experience building and deploying ML models in production.
- Preferred: experience leading, managing, or technically leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
