Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to architect AI-driven solutions and secure the technical win for enterprise prospects.
- Discover customer priorities and translate problem statements into Agentic AI use cases on Taktile.
- Lead proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML/AI models, and Taktile’s platform.
- Build technical prototypes, demos, integrations, and workflows that simulate production-grade implementations.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to design and build solutions in Taktile’s Agentic Decisioning Platform.
- Communicate implementation value and strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Create reusable collateral and solution patterns while mentoring others on customer engagement and technical strategy.
- Share competitive intelligence, prospect insights, and product-solution-fit findings with Product and go-to-market teams.
- Lead discovery for new use cases and provide feedback that informs Taktile’s AI product roadmap and positioning.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing production Python code.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to plan and manage technical scopes for proofs of concept and technical evaluations.
- Proven track record supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals and handling complex technical objections.
- Preferred: 5–7 years in enterprise solutions or sales engineering for B2B SaaS, or in a senior technical consulting role.
- Preferred: deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure, architecture, and APIs.
- Preferred: experience building, tuning, or deploying ML models such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow in production.
- Preferred: AI use-case experience in financial services and domain expertise across banking, insurance, capital markets, or payments.
- Ability to explain model behavior to both technical stakeholders and financial-services domain experts.
