Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support backend services and applications for digital banking platforms.
- Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications using Java and Spring technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, UI developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and follow secure software development practices.
- Support production applications and troubleshoot backend issues.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in backend application development.
- Strong programming experience with Java/J2EE technologies.
- Strong backend development expertise using Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
- Experience developing RESTful services and enterprise integration solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Apache Camel (CXF) for enterprise integration.
- Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in banking or financial services technology is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
