Responsibilities
- Build rich, responsive frontend features primarily with Vue 3 and its associated frontend stack.
- Develop new backend APIs and services using Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot.
- Trace and troubleshoot issues end-to-end from the client interface through backend services and databases.
- Implement authentication and security flows using Keycloak and JWT.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, prepare releases, and help establish a unified deployment strategy across on-premise and private-cloud runtimes.
- Own technical issues independently, refactor code, reduce complexity, and address technical debt.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, mathematics, and quantitative finance teams to deliver user-focused wealth management solutions.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience owning frontend and backend systems in production.
- Strong frontend development experience with a modern component framework such as Vue, React, or Angular.
- Solid backend fundamentals with Java or a similar language; Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot experience is relevant.
- Ability to work independently with limited input and troubleshoot complex problems end-to-end.
- Strong product sense, including attention to user experience and interface quality.
- Experience building products from 0 to 1 or working effectively in dynamic startup environments is a potential fit.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and design teams and adapt to changing conditions.
