Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on test automation.
- Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot testing issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Lead process improvements and implement quality and automation best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Act as a subject matter expert and support team decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in automated testing.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in automated testing.
- Experience designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance principles.
