Responsibilities
- Own test automation, continuous integration, and regression testing for a specific feature area.
- Build and maintain test pipelines, environments, and release verification processes.
- Perform feature, system, deployment, upgrade, security, and release testing.
- Use Agentic AI tools to accelerate test design and automation.
- Coach junior engineers on Robot Framework, Python, CI, and test reliability.
Requirements
- Graduate or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software or telecommunications product verification and test automation.
- Hands-on test automation and scripting experience with Robot Framework, Python, and Bash.
- Proficiency with cloud-native software development and testing on containerized platforms using Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Experience with Linux, Git, GitLab CI or Jenkins, REST APIs, microservices, and Agentic AI or AI-assisted development tools.
- Familiarity with Helm and broad experience in feature, entity, system, deployment, upgrade, security, and release testing are preferred.
- Knowledge of the MantaRay NM product is preferred.
