Base Salary
$139k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead AI solution architecture and technical solutioning aligned with client strategies, requirements, and industry practices.
- Translate business requirements into AI solution scope, value propositions, and scalable architectural designs.
- Analyze client processes, systems, and data landscapes to identify AI transformation opportunities.
- Lead estimation, technical design, proposal development, and solutioning across pre-sales and delivery.
- Deliver client engagements as an AI subject matter expert, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Provide governance, quality assurance, and best-practice guidance to AI project teams.
- Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and pre-sales presentations.
- Develop AI assets, accelerators, and methodologies and collaborate with global and partner teams to scale AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in AI, data, or consulting roles, including 5 years designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions.
- Five years of experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Five years of experience developing or supporting agentic AI and generative AI solutions.
- Five years of Python experience for analytics and software engineering, including modern AI libraries such as LangChain and DSPy.
- Five years of experience applying data and analytics to business problems, including data preparation and pipeline development.
- Five years of experience with DevOps, MLOps, SDLC, Agile development practices, and client-facing solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience; alternatives include 12 years of experience without a degree or 6 years with an associate’s degree.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified AI Engineer or equivalent certification, consulting or systems integration experience, and a background in software engineering, data engineering, or solution architecture.
- Preferred experience includes Azure Databricks, distributed data processing, real-time and streaming analytics, time-series analytics, system integration patterns, and machine learning principles.
- Demonstrated ability to write production-ready code, operate across architectural domains, communicate with stakeholders, and work strategically and tactically in global environments.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate and travel internationally as needed.
