Base Salary
$139k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead AI solution architecture and ensure alignment with client strategies, technical requirements, and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into AI solution scope, value propositions, and scalable architectures.
- Analyze client processes, systems, and data landscapes to identify AI transformation opportunities.
- Lead estimation, technical design, proposal development, and solutioning across pre-sales and delivery.
- Serve as an AI subject matter expert, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect during engagements.
- Provide governance, quality assurance, and best-practice guidance to AI project teams.
- Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and pre-sales presentations.
- Develop AI assets, accelerators, and methodologies to improve organizational capability and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with global teams and partner ecosystems to share knowledge and scale AI capabilities.
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays when operational needs require it, and travel internationally as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of experience in AI, data, or consulting roles.
- At least five years designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions aligned to business outcomes.
- At least five years of experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Machine Learning.
- At least five years developing or supporting agentic AI and generative AI solutions.
- At least five years using Python for analytics and software engineering, including modern AI libraries such as LangChain and DSPy.
- At least five years applying data and analytics to business problems, including data preparation and pipeline development.
- At least five years of experience with DevOps, MLOps, SDLC, and Agile development practices.
- At least five years working in client-facing environments involving stakeholder engagement and solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience; alternatives include six years with an associate degree or twelve years without a degree.
- Microsoft Certified AI Engineer certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include management consulting or systems integration experience, software or data engineering, solution architecture, Azure Databricks, distributed data processing, streaming and time-series analytics, system integration patterns, and machine learning principles.
- Must be able to write high-quality, production-ready code and operate strategically and tactically in a global environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and influencing skills are required.
