Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven ServiceNow solutions across multiple client engagements.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, security, compliance, and observability for AI features.
- Lead discovery workshops, define AI roadmaps, and align solutions with client business priorities.
- Introduce GenAI and agentic design patterns into ServiceNow workflows.
- Mentor and manage cross-functional delivery teams while promoting engineering excellence and a product mindset.
- Partner with leadership to scale AI adoption, manage risks, and establish sustainable delivery models.
- Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, and SAML.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Advanced expertise in ServiceNow architecture, including App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scoped Apps, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Now Assist.
- Deep understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, agentic design patterns, orchestration frameworks, and RAG/vector search concepts.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS or GCP AI services, and enterprise-grade AI observability.
- Ability to implement Responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to lead and manage delivery teams in client-facing environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, coaching, and change-management skills.
