Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support highly scalable, secure, and resilient applications.
- Lead design and implementation for blockchain connectivity, digital asset servicing, tokenization, custody solutions, settlement processing, and real-time payments.
- Build event-driven architectures, APIs, integration services, and high-volume transaction processing platforms.
- Develop enterprise solutions focused on scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with business, product, architecture, operations, compliance, risk, and security teams.
- Drive engineering excellence through domain-driven design, API-first development, DevOps, automation, and secure coding practices.
- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, technical design sessions, and governance activities.
- Champion SRE principles, proactive monitoring, observability, and continuous platform improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to six years of relevant experience.
- Advanced expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and enterprise application development.
- Experience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms using containerization and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in event-driven systems using Apache Kafka or similar messaging technologies.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, object-oriented design, software design patterns, and domain-driven design.
- Experience designing and supporting high-throughput, low-latency, mission-critical transaction processing systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, observability, monitoring, and modern DevOps practices.
- Understanding of digital assets, blockchain technologies, tokenization platforms, and enterprise blockchain integration.
- Knowledge of stablecoins, digital wallets, tokenized asset lifecycles, custody models, settlement workflows, and blockchain-based transaction processing.
- Interest in emerging technologies, innovation, and continuous learning within the digital-assets ecosystem.
