Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, engineering expertise, and direction to engineering teams while collaborating with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
- Analyze user stories and own architecture, design, development, testing, and automation for assigned software applications.
- Write code, API specifications, proof-of-concepts, and automated tests; conduct code reviews and participate in ongoing sprints.
- Design and implement scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions, including conversational IVR, intent and flow orchestration, webhook integrations, speech services, and enterprise integrations.
- Architect secure, resilient, highly available cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS using infrastructure-as-code and cloud services.
- Architect, optimize, integrate, and migrate Five9 and Amazon Connect contact-center capabilities, including routing, dialers, omnichannel functionality, campaigns, CRM/CTI, and telephony.
- Drive consistent development practices, identify technology improvements, contribute to planning, and communicate solution designs to internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of commercial software development experience.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions with Google Cloud and Google CX/Dialogflow CX or Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
- Experience architecting GCP/AWS cloud infrastructure, including availability, IAM, VPC design, encryption, security, and Terraform-based infrastructure as code.
- Experience implementing and optimizing Five9 or Amazon Connect solutions, including ACD, skills-based routing, dialers, omnichannel capabilities, campaign management, APIs, telephony, CRM/CTI integrations, SIP/WebRTC, RBAC, PCI/HIPAA controls, and platform migrations.
- Experience with Agile development, continuous integration and delivery, DevOps, observability, and automated release management using GitHub Actions.
- Strong architecture and systems-modeling skills, knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, and understanding of cloud security, encryption, and OAuth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills.
