Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales technical design, customer workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and solution recommendations for Agentforce and external agent integrations.
- Design scalable, secure architectures integrating Salesforce D360, CRM, MuleSoft APIs, hyperscalers, data lakes, governance frameworks, and external agent endpoints.
- Configure conversational and background agents using Agentforce Studio and Agent Builder, including integrations with external channels and voice services.
- Define prompt engineering, agent lifecycle, testing, monitoring, observability, and refinement strategies.
- Build rapid hands-on prototypes and demos with Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
- Develop thought leadership content, technical documentation, enablement sessions, knowledge bases, and FAQ resources.
- Own technical architecture decisions involving data modeling, identity resolution, data graphs, real-time and batch patterns, and activation strategies.
- Support selected post-sale proof-of-value engagements by tuning agents and enabling customers to become self-sufficient.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise data, analytics, and AI architectures in technical pre-sales or consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems, interoperability, and open standards.
- Experience with prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, including predictive and generative AI, and the ability to communicate their value to varied audiences.
- Deep expertise with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift, plus batch, streaming, and CDC ingestion patterns.
- Programming proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, or R, with experience using pandas or Jupyter.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Agentforce, D360, Salesforce platform services, APIs, MCP, A2A, prompt governance, observability, monitoring frameworks, hyperscaler SDKs, Salesforce Flows, conversational voice pipelines, multimodal integrations, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Sagemaker.
