Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk assessment, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs for business and user needs.
- Manage application development phases including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and evaluate system usage, functionality, and design.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; install systems and provide customer and operational support.
- Define operating standards and processes and ensure required procedures are followed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advisor, and coach to senior stakeholders and junior analysts.
- Use AI-assisted and automated development tools to improve code quality, velocity, reliability, and engineering workflows.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9, including Oracle General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, and Project Accounting.
- Strong experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, Shell Scripting, and RICE components.
- Strong experience with XML and XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Workflows, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and respond to changing expectations or requirements.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, operate with limited supervision, and manage technology and compliance risks.
