Base Salary

$94k - $172k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and build of Anaplan models for revenue accounting, incentive compensation, sales forecasting, FP&A, and strategic planning.
  • Oversee integrations between Anaplan and other enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate objectives into models and actionable reporting.
  • Design user interfaces and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to model builders and business users.
  • Maintain documentation for models, processes, and integrations.
  • Monitor Anaplan platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging planning technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Anaplan Solution Architect certification.
  • Professional experience architecting and building complex Anaplan models.
  • Advanced knowledge of Anaplan UX design and reporting functionalities.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects across revenue, compensation, sales, FP&A, or other planning domains.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial planning processes.
  • Experience integrating Anaplan with other business systems and data sources.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM or Workday Adaptive Planning is preferred.
  • Familiarity with API-driven integrations and cloud data architecture.
  • Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
