Base Salary
$103k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of Anaplan models for revenue accounting, incentive compensation, sales forecasting, FP&A, and other planning initiatives.
- Oversee integrations between Anaplan and enterprise platforms and data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate objectives into models and reporting.
- Design user interfaces and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to model builders and business users.
- Maintain documentation for models, processes, and integrations and stay current on Anaplan updates and planning practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Anaplan Solution Architect credential.
- Professional experience architecting and building complex Anaplan models.
- Advanced knowledge of Anaplan UX design and reporting functionality.
- Experience managing projects across multiple planning domains, including revenue, compensation, sales, and FP&A.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial planning processes.
- Experience integrating Anaplan with business systems and data sources.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, independent-work, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM or Workday Adaptive Planning is preferred.
- Familiarity with API-driven integrations and cloud data architecture.
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
