Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom software solutions for business and application needs.
- Develop and manage Workday integrations and enterprise application data flows.
- Customize software solutions to meet complex business requirements and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience is required.
- Minimum five years of experience in Workday Procurement is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations and Workday Procurement.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience customizing software solutions for complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage integration data flows.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
