Base Salary

$148k - $246k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications and services.
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using service-oriented and microservices architectures.
  • Participate in and provide leadership across all phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Drive cloud-native development initiatives using AWS services and best practices.
  • Build and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using Git-based source control and deployment tools.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote engineering, quality, and security standards.
  • Use Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery.
  • Lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, application architecture, and enterprise solution delivery.
  • Development experience with .NET/C# or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience designing REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and software design patterns.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
