Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications and services.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using service-oriented and microservices architectures.
- Participate in and provide leadership across all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Drive cloud-native development initiatives using AWS services and best practices.
- Build and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using Git-based source control and deployment tools.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering, quality, and security standards.
- Use Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, application architecture, and enterprise solution delivery.
- Development experience with .NET/C# or Java.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
- Experience designing REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and software design patterns.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
