Base Salary

$120k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, write, and maintain production-grade Python code for ETL pipelines, data models, and platform integrations.
Apply agentic AI workflows to automate data engineering, correlation, and root cause analysis across complex infrastructure data.
Build backend integrations connecting the platform to customer data sources, APIs, and existing tooling.
Work directly with customers to understand data structures, workflows, and analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support hands-on customer integration and deployment alongside senior engineers.
Enable customer use and basic self-service extensions of the platform.
Document customer feedback and translate it into product and engineering improvement proposals.
Contribute to testing, automation, quality processes, and evaluation of system output correctness.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of professional experience in a technical or engineering role.
Solid Python coding skills, including experience with ETL pipelines and complex data structures.
Basic familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Working understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and interest in customer-facing work.
General awareness of networking concepts including data centers, WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
Interest in or exposure to agentic AI workflows is preferred.
Exposure to Ansible, Go, and Jupyter notebooks is a plus.
Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and balance quality, speed, and pragmatism.
