Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and advancing key opportunities across the organization.
- Contribute hands-on to code, architecture decisions, and significant technology initiatives from end to end.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand customer behavior and deliver complete solutions.
- Design and implement durable, robust, scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performing software solutions.
- Guide the application of AI to customer problems by evaluating its value, limitations, and solution accuracy.
- Understand AI model types, their tradeoffs, and current tools and technologies for real-world AI applications.
- Promote continuous learning, experimentation, and the use of emerging software paradigms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 7+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Experience with full-stack development using AI technologies and applying them to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience building AI-native applications for at least 1 year.
- Experience with SageMaker, Vert.x, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, DialogFlow, and Python.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, and Spring.
- Prior experience in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP is highly desired.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience coding with Code Assist tools such as Claude, including developing custom plugins or applications.
- Ability to drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment and partner with numerous stakeholders.

- Eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits according to Intuit’s applicable plans and programs.
- Expected base pay range is $220,500–$298,500 for Mountain View; compensation varies based on knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
