Responsibilities
- Learn the company’s life-saving and quality-of-life-enhancing medical devices.
- Learn and apply relevant product-development processes and technologies.
- Develop embedded software for medical devices.
- Propose further product developments and changes.
- Prepare software documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of professional experience.
- Experience with software architectural design and a systems-thinking approach.
- Experience with modern software development methods such as Scrum, TDD, and Clean Code.
- Confident knowledge of C++ and Python, or the ability and willingness to learn them.
- Negotiation-level English proficiency at B2 level.
- Broad technical and professional foundational knowledge.
- Result-oriented, open-minded, adaptable, collaborative, precise, and committed to continuous development.
- Willingness to work in a team.
- Experience designing or developing medical instruments is an advantage.
- Embedded-development experience is an advantage.
- Experience in education or mentoring is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Git and Jira is an advantage.
