Responsibilities
- Design, build, fine-tune, customize, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions using LLMs, transformer architectures, and domain-specific datasets.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and agentic AI implementations using Crew.ai, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Build and optimize model pipelines using Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and ML pipeline tools.
- Collaborate with data engineers and MLOps teams to productionize GenAI models on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs and custom interfaces.
- Evaluate model performance with quantitative and qualitative metrics and improve outputs through experimentation.
- Ensure deployed AI models are robust, scalable, and compliant.
- Stay current with research in Generative AI, foundation models, and open-source tools.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in relevant engineering or AI work.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, M.Tech, or MCA qualification as specified in the posting.
- Hands-on expertise with Generative AI, LLMs, transformers, Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms and AI services such as Azure AI Foundry or GCP Vertex.
- Proficiency with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Experience developing APIs with FastAPI or Flask and managing ML pipelines with MLflow or Weights & Biases.
- Knowledge of Git and ML CI/CD platforms such as Azure ML or SageMaker Pipelines.
- Preferred experience with RAG, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Streamlit, Gradio, Docker, Kubernetes, data preprocessing, feature engineering, spaCy, and NLTK.
- Experience with model fine-tuning and small language models is advantageous.
